The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Provision of Services for Soil & Groundwater Assessment & Monitoring Study. Aligned with QatarEnergy's corporate sustainability strategy and environmental policy, Contractor is required to carry out a comprehensive, fit for purpose Soil and Groundwater (SGW) Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) study at selected QatarEnergy's operational areas/facilities with suspected legacy contamination, i.e. Refining Operations, Mesaieed Operations and Halul Island. The study aims to assess the SGW baseline conditions and delineate any potential contamination and its outcome shall include a set of recommended actions to manage the contaminated areas and mitigate potential risks on QatarEnergy's people, assets, environment and business continuity. Furthermore, Contractor is required to carry out a regular monitoring of existing Non-Aqueous Phase Liquid (NAPL) for all accessible groundwater monitoring wells across Dukhan Concession Area as part of SGW risk management strategy.
