Materials: Body, Bonnet: acc to ASTM A217 Gr C5 or equivalent, gate: acc to A182 GR F6A or WCB + F 6a (HF) or equivalent, seating, stem: 13 % Cr, size and pressure: 6", 300 ASA. - Operating conditions: media is fuel oil, max operation pressure 10 bar, max operation temperature 500° C and each valve equipped with brake system. Technical specification for electric actuator motor: The motor is explosion proof, three phase, induction, squirrel cage motor, totally enclosed, suitable for direct on line starting at ambient temperature of 40° C and elevation up to 1000 m above sea level, with the following specifications: Rated Voltage: 380 V (400 V acceptable), 50 Hz, frequency & voltage deviation acc to IEC, power factor: not less than 0.65, duty: S2, type of explosion proof: EEXD II C T4, enclosure protection: not less than IP 55, class of insulation: F.
