Social Security Investment Company was established in 1986 with the main objective of investment, contribution and attainment of interests and benefits from the deposits of this company. Ever since, this Company has successfully managed to invest in government owned and private companies, which are active in manufacturing, services and commercial fields or those, which are in the process of establishment. With inception of Stock Exchange of Iran, Social Security Investment Company has implemented most of its activities in this market, Currently, however, Social Security Investment Company’s share from the total share amount of the companies presented in Tehran Stock Exchange reach a total of 16 percent.
