Khalid Ghanem Al Ghaith, Assistant Foreign Minister for Economic Affairs received in his office at the ministry the governor of Argentina's Santa Fe province, Antonio Bonfatti and his accompanying delegation. The two sides discussed ways of boosting bilateral relations between UAE and Argentina in economic, political and external aid fields.
Al Ghaith affirmed the importance of cooperation with Argentina in all fields pointing out to the official visit of H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Foreign Minister to Latin America last March which was aimed at consolidating relations between UAE and Latin America states. He also underscored the importance of signing agreements in economic and renewable energy fields to boost bilateral cooperation. For his part Antonio Bonfatti welcomed UAE investments in his country and stressed the importance of enhancing cooperation between the two countries. Other senior officials attended the meeting.
