The Egyptian Exchange gained EGP10 billion this week and the main index rose by 5 percent. The main benchmark EGX 30 index rose by 5.12 percent to 4,950 points. The broader EGX 70 index of the leading smaller and mid cap enterprises (SME) rose by 3.89 percent to 438 points while all-embracing EGX 100 index upped by 2.92 percent to 751 points.
