Minister of Finance Momtaz El Saeid said an agreement has been reached with Turkey on offering an aid package of two billion dollars to Egypt for supporting Egypt's foreign exchange reserve and financing infrastructure. He said this agreement was reached during a meeting held in Istanbul grouping Egyptian presidential aide Essam Haddad and Ashraf Arabi, the Minister of Planning and International Cooperation along with Turkish officials.
