Prime Minister Hisham Qandil chaired on 3/2/2013 a ministerial meeting on vitalizing cooperation between Egypt and Libya. The meeting took into focus increasing the volume of trade and investments, enhancing the conditions of Egyptian workers in Libya and providing it with the necessary skilled labor. The meeting also probed Egypt's participation in infrastructure projects in Libya and the outcome of President Mohamed Morsi's latest meeting with chairman of the national congress of Libya Muhammad Al-Maqreef. Meanwhile, Qandil held a Cabinet meeting to discuss ways to promote youth services, activities and projects. The meeting was attended by the ministers of insurance and social Affairs, youth, sport and environmental affairs.
