Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab met on 24/1/2015 with Secretary-General of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) Koji Sekimizu.
The meeting was attended by the transport minister, heads of Egyptian ports, and the president of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport. During the meeting, Mahlab said the New Suez Canal will help develop Egyptian ports. Mahlab stressed the importance of maintaining cooperation with the IMO in major projects. |
