Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab held a meeting on 27/1/2015with the board of trustees of the Egyptian Regulatory Reform and Development Activity ERRADA.
During the meeting, Mahlab underlined the government's keenness on economic reform, saying, the only guarantee for creating attractive climate is to develop new legislation system. The Ministers of Trade, Transitional Justice and head of Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority attended the meeting and discussing a suggestion to amend law no. 159/1981 which controls the business of joint stock and limited liability companies. ERRADA is an Egyptian initiative to support the government's efforts to build a regulatory management system to review and streamline business related regulations. |
