Egypt's exports to Turkey witnessed a quantum leap from January until September 2016 against the same period of the previous year, said Trade and Industry Minister Tarek Qabil.
Egypt's exports reached 1.10 billion dollars against 898 million in the same period of last year, with an increase reaching about 13.2%, added the minister in statements. Egypt's imports from Turkey have declined by 9.8 percent to hit 2.1 billion dollars from 2.200 billion dollars during the same period of last year, he added. The balance in trade between the two countries declined by 25.5% to hit about 997 million dollars against 1.3 billion during the same period of pervious year, he noted. |
