Minister of Public Business Sector Hisham Tawfiq conferred with a delegation of the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) in Egypt on aspects of cooperation between both sides.
The meeting also tackled the possibility of promoting investment opportunities in the companies of the Public Business Sector Ministry.. In a statement the ministry said the delegation comprised President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt Tareq Tawfiq and Chief Executive Officer of the chamber Sylvia Menassa.. The minister reviewed the plan of the ministry to upgrade the companies affiliated to it in accordance with comprehensive studies and strategies made by the industrial sectors of each company.. He asserted the importance to benefit from the expertise of the private sector in a number of industrial fields and sectors.. The delegation invited the minister to meet with a US businessmen mission that will visit Egypt in October. |
