Egypt and Sudan on 20/09/2012 agreed on facilitating all measures to boost bilateral cooperation including a ten-fold increase in the two-way trade exchange. At the end of Prime Minister Hisham Qandil's visit to Sudan, the governments of Egypt and Sudan said they are keen on establishing more joint projects. At a press conference, Qandil and Sudanese VP Ali Osman Taha said all measures will be taken for paving the way for better cooperation and implementing joint projects.
